Sorry but it's a poor and hopeless suggestion, there's nothing to make out of it, no rework can help it, it's inherently bad.

I see the OP's Idea and won't happen however IF they do it, personally I would make some restrictions.

1. The "extracted tome" cannot be sold, only traded between characters on the same account.

2. Elite Skills extraction "consumables" drop from bosses in HM.

I've not had any trouble at all buying tomes, I hang out in LA though. I bought about 50 yesterday in less than half an hour, including a few Necro ones.

Some guy offered to sel me a Rit tome for 1.2k and I laughed, told him 800g max. He told me "NO, 1.2k is what they go for, that is what you HAVE to pay" I got a fantastic laugh from that. I told him I can skills from the trainer for 1k and he stopped PMing me. Needless to say I bought nothing from him.

I just post this:

WTB All regular tomes D3 at fountain.

And people PM me in droves
